The candidate’s responsibilities will include general financial management duties such as, but not limited to: cash flow management, revenue and overhead projections and analysis, client financial communication and billing, vendor deposits and payments, oversee bookkeeper, main point of contact for PEO (HR, Benefits, Payroll), liaison with outside professional service providers (bank, professional insurance, 401K and pension management, legal counsel), monthly review with outside accountants, monthly invoicing for sales tax processing, leases and contracts, prospective client communication, oversee financial operations of Foley & Cox Home.

Minimum of five years’ experience in the interior design / architectural industry; accounting and/or bookkeeping experience; Professional verbal, written, presentation and computer skills; Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy; Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment; A self-starter, problem-solver and a team player with solid work ethic; Proficiency in QuickBooks, Studio Designer and Microsoft Office experience preferred
